My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Chorizo Hash

Scrambled egg whites with spicy ground chorizo, corn, and black beans.  Served over diced, roasted yellow potatoes

Buffalo Turkey and Cornbread

Shredded turkey breast tossed in tangy buffalo sauce.  Served with our cornbread and mixed vegetables

Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Pasta Bowl

Seasoned shrimp and spicy chicken sausage served with pasta tossed in a creamy Cajun sauce. Topped bell peppers, onions, and tomato.

BBQ Beef Meatloaf and Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Lean ground beef meatloaf topped with sweet barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans

Sweet Chili Chicken

Seasoned chicken thighs tossed in sweet chili sauce.  Served over jasmine rice and topped with scrambled egg whites, peas, carrots, and corn.
